This Privacy Policy explains how SafeSpay ("SafeSpay", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit safespay.com (the "Site") or ask us about business funding or payment solutions.
In short: we collect the details you give us so we can contact you and match your business with funding or payment options. We share them with lenders, funders and payment providers only to help with your request. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our funding request form, email us or speak with an advisor, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your business name, time in business and approximate monthly revenue
- The type of service and funding amount you are interested in
- Any other information you choose to share, such as bank statements, financial statements, tax returns or identification documents that a lender or funder needs to review your application
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

- To respond to your request and contact you about funding and payment options
- To match your business with suitable lenders, funders and payment providers and help prepare your application

SafeSpay is a business funding marketplace and not a direct lender. To help with your request, we may share your information with:
- Lenders, funders and SBA-participating lenders in our network, so they can review your request and present offers. Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Payment processing and point-of-sale providers, if you ask about card processing, POS systems or other payment solutions.
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Netlify), form delivery (FormSubmit) and email services. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.
4. Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that SafeSpay and the lenders or providers we work with on your request may contact you by phone, email or text message about it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing info@safespay.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Credit inquiries
Our initial review does not affect your credit score. If you choose to move forward with a specific offer, the lender or funder may perform a credit check, including a hard inquiry, under its own terms.
6. How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain our business records and meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How we protect information
The Site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents by regular email unless your advisor asks you to.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements
- Stop contacting you for marketing
